PINKY:

Pinky has been erroneously nicknamed Speedy. At no time is she ever any faster than the other ghosts. She is however very crafty but in many ways very harmless. Her movements are not as simple to predict. An interesting observation about Pinky is that she can make quick decisions. This means that her decision making matrix seems to be closer to her cerebellum than the other ghosts. The truth of the preceding statement is a matter of much debate. Another point of debate concerning Pinky is the existence of her memory. In some instances it appears that Pinky is guided only by a past knowledge of the movements of The Pac-Man. In other words Pinky will do two different things in the same situation depending on what situation she is in. 9/2005
